Bank Holiday sunny weather means healthy BBQs and how about this sweet treat!

Strawberry Cheesecake

Ingredients

½ Strawberry and Apple Yoghurt Bar
½ Strawberry Shake
1/2 scoop of Mix-a-Mousse
100mls water

Directions

1. Crumble the Strawberry and Apple bar into the bottom of a glass or dish.
2. Make up your Strawberry Shake with your water and mix-a-mousse.
3. Pour the mousse mix over your crumbled bar.
4. Set in the fridge for 10 minutes.
5. Enjoy!

How much will The 1:1 Diet cost me? 💰

💴 We know “How much does The 1:1 Diet cost?”, “What’s the Cambridge diet cost?” and “Is there a price for The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan?” are questions people search when thinking about going on Plan.

Well, look no further, here’s where you can find the answer!

Prices vary from Consultant to Consultant, but on average, you’ll only pay around £2.61 for a meal. Weekly, you can expect to pay around £54.85 based on 3 meals a day and your weekly one-to-one consultation (which is currently virtual)

If you buy a fancy coffee from a shop or petrol station for around £2.50, instead you can purchase our scrummy The 1:1 Diet Cappuccino Shake, it's so much better for you and tastes amazing!

You might also spend around £60 on your weekly shop, that's potentially more than you'll pay for a week on Plan, plus depending on what Step you're on, you don't have to worry about going food shopping - bonus!

Also, how many times do you treat yourself to a takeaway each month?
On average it tends to be around £75, that's over a week on Plan (and a lot less temptation!)
