With 10 weeks till Easter 🐣, what would you like to achieve?

Start with the 1:1 Plan:
The plan has various stages, ranging from more strict meal replacements (Stage 1) to including healthy food (Stage 4). You’ll work with me to decide which stage is best for you.

Stage 1: Strict meal replacement with shakes, soups, and bars.

Stage 2: Continue with meal replacements but begin adding small portions of low-calorie food.

Stage 3: Add more food to your diet, gradually transitioning to a balanced, healthy lifestyle.

Stage 4: Full transition to regular meals while maintaining healthy habits.

Typically, most people tend to lose 1 stone per month, so in 10 weeks you could be down 2st+

And then you give up on your dream.
