A bit about me!

I enjoy hiking. I enjoy being outside. I enjoy exploring.

I enjoy taking photos. It's the fun of it!
Capturing a moment in time, it's an emotional record.
I like the challenge to try and capture the essence of a wild landscape, structured cityscape, varied weather conditions or the smallest of creatures.

I am often curious that I can be taking a photo of a scene and my walking companion will be taking a photo of that same scene but they produce a very different picture to mine! Photography is very personal.
For me taking photos allows me to see nature, art and architecture in greater detail and pushes me to be a little more creative on my next adventure (and hopefully a better photographer)!

As part of your treatment I will examine and assess your feet. Alongside that I will also ask you questions regarding you general health, social circumstances and note any medicines you may take.

Sometimes symptoms identified in the feet are related to
1. Health problems such as Diabetes, arterial or neurological disease
2. Sporting activities / Leisure pursuits
3. Immobility
4. Medication
5. Footwear
6. Occupation

This will allow me to help you address any problems or concerns you may have and discuss the appropriate treatment for you.

Maybe a car of the future, perhaps with the capacity to fly 🚀, would help me overcome some of the delays I experience fairly regularly when travelling from A to B? 🧐

In the mean time if I am running a little late it may well be because I am delayed in traffic.

February is Heart Month

As a Podiatrist I check the health of your blood circulation in your feet. I do this by assessing your foot pulses with the aid of a Doppler.

You can do various things to help keep your heart and blood circulation healthy.
Exercise, balanced diet, quit smoking and hydration.
