I haven't always been into fitness which is why I connect fully with real people and understand the difficulties faced with when wanting to change your lifestyle, whether

it's get fitter, eat healthier, gain muscle, even just trying to find time and motivation to exercise around work, family etc - in fact I lead a completely different lifestyle until 7 yeas ago....
I've worked with different trainers and coaches over the years, learning a lot along the way and I've trained alone and with friends, trying lots of styles of training.. I found a deep passion and love for training and a need to help others accomplish their goals too. So I decided to retrain and to go into the industry myself. You won't get an easy ride with me because that doesn't create results but what you will get is a trusting and understanding relationship which we will build, I will listen to you and find out exactly what works for you whilst motivating, advising, guiding and supporting you fully inside and outside of our sessions/classes. I would like to wish all my clients and followers a Happy New Year. I’m humbled and grateful for yet another successful year, I never thought Versatile Fitness would still be thriving almost 8 years down the line 🥰🤍
I know I don’t post very much these days like I used to but I like to stay present during sessions and to spend my time planning etc rather than creating posts, however I aim to post a bit more going into 2025 🤞😅

As we reach the end of another year I would like to say I am forever thankful to my dedicated and loyal clients 💕

I haven’t posted anything on my page at all this year which wasn’t intentional, work life has just been very busy plus I haven’t had any capacity to take on new clients and therefore haven’t been advertising.

I have still been working hard and helping my clients through their goals and that’s what counts 💪 very much looking forward to working with you all in 2024 and we may even be seeing the return of my well loved ‘Whole Body Blast’ class so watch this space 😉

As we come to the end of another year, I’d like to thank all my clients for their continued support. I really do love working with every single one of you. I have also made some friends for life which is awesome ❤️

It’s been the toughest year of my life personally, I look back and wonder how I kept going but I did and I did it for all of you. Thank you for being by my side.

2023 will see me working reduced hours which my clients are aware of, it’s only short term but necessary for the services I provide to continue (at the standards I pride myself in) alongside my job, my family and being a full time carer for my son.

Highly Commended Fitness Instructor Of The Year 2017, such a proud moment in my life ❤️

I never imagined then how successful my business would become. I have had the pleasure of working with and helping so many amazing people. I have learnt so much as a personal trainer but more importantly about myself.

I feel truly privileged to be walking the path I am and couldn’t have done it without certain people in my life.

Thank you to everyone who made this possible and who have supported me, especially my friends and family, you know who you are. And to all my clients past and present, I wouldn’t be here without you 💜

This group is aimed at anybody wanting to lose weight, tone up and get fitter and stronger in the process.

Nutrition advice given throughout and you will be able to contact your personal trainer, Lorna, at anytime.

What you will get:

🔸 An outdoor 1 hour group personal training session per week with no more than 5 others who will remain in your group
🔸 A steps target to hit each day
🔸 A written session to complete once a week at home
🔸 Nutrition advice
🔸 Contact with your trainer whenever you need it
🔸 Weekly check ins via message so this remains private if you wish between you and your trainer

Please note: This ISN’T a quick fix diet and weight loss programme which are not only detrimental to your health and well-being but are only sustainable short term. It is designed to change your lifestyle whilst losing weight healthily, toning and getting fit. You can remain in the group as long as you want to, there is no commitment just a weeks notice if you wish to leave so your space can be filled.
