I've worked with different trainers and coaches over the years, learning a lot along the way and I've trained alone and with friends, trying lots of styles of training.. I found a deep passion and love for training and a need to help others accomplish their goals too. So I decided to retrain and to go into the industry myself. You won't get an easy ride with me because that doesn't create results but what you will get is a trusting and understanding relationship which we will build, I will listen to you and find out exactly what works for you whilst motivating, advising, guiding and supporting you fully inside and outside of our sessions/classes.
