Yoga for Pregnancy restarting at 6.30pm from 5th January (we’ve trialled 6pm where previously we ran from 7 so we’re going down the middle this time !).

Followed by Relax,Stretch and Breathe at 7.45 pm , a gentle class suitable for those who would like a slower pace - suitable from the postpartum and beyond
