Even though it was the hottest day of the year it was fantastic to deliver Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) to the amazing team at Third Dimension Fitness on Saturday.

A great bunch to instruct, it was a great pleasure to deliver the 1 day L3 EFAW to them, where a need for emergency first aiders in the work place had been identified. Despite the high temperatures, all got stuck in to the practical elements of the course and where able to pass with flying colours.
