Vicki Benn -Herbal Remedies

Vicki Benn -Herbal Remedies I am opening my health & wellness business after a long time. This is where my passion lies in helpi I can honestly say I really enjoy my work.

My journey began a few years ago with an interest in Reflexology, I studied and qualified with The Devon Academy in Exeter. My interests in Alternative therapies began to grow deeper so I trained in Baby & Toddler reflexology, with Penny Oldham, Indian Head Massage with Helen Hoyte of Holisic Training Academy. I was feeling as if there was something else I had to do, well Reiki entered my life, it was popping up everywhere so I began my search for a Reiki teacher, the best move I ever made Sam Goddard of the Devon School of Reiki has been my true inspiration. After completing Reiki 1, 11 & Master Reiki practitioner I now have become a Reiki Drum practitioner. This drum healing has a much deeper healing and when combined with Reiki is truly an amazing experience. I also have qualifications in Nutrition & health, Understanding of Diabetes, Understanding of Autism. The comments I receive from my clients is unbelievable. Thank you for reading my story.

Blackberry and raspberry gardeners can achieve a huge boost in berry yield by learning a technique known as tipping, according to a University of Illinois Extension horticulture educator....."Summer is a time for tipping blackberries and raspberries,” (tipping allows for lateral branches to grow, allowing for three- to five-fold higher fruit yield.)
Tipping, also called pinching, is the removal of the top 2 to 3 inches of the primocane – fresh growth from the current growing year. The removal of this portion of the plant stimulates lateral bud break.”........ interesting facts ....

The dark blue colour ensures blackberries have one of the highest antioxidant levels of all fruits. Antioxidants, well-known for lowering the risk of a number of cancers, are a huge bonus, but be aware the berries are best consumed in their natural state to get the full benefits....
If a blackberry plant has turned orange, destroy it. This is a serious fungal disease that cannot be cured....
