Celebrating the amazing Vicky, our Support Worker at Esther Housing Community, who has been awarded with the latest Keychange Cares Award 🎉

Vicky brings warmth, empathy, and deep understanding to her role at Esther. She walks alongside the young people she supports, helping them feel seen, valued, and encouraged as they navigate their next steps. Recently, she supported a resident by attending recovery‑focused support meetings during a particularly challenging time. Even after he moved on from Esther, Vicky continued to offer support, staying in regular contact because of the trust and respect she has built.

Her dedication reflects the heart of Keychange: caring for people as unique individuals and supporting them to move forward with confidence and hope 🙌💙
