I am really proud of our guides & the safety they create within their classes. Being able to show up & feel comfortable in your skin is huge nowadays
It doesn’t mean you won’t feel anxious about coming. It doesn’t mean you won’t feel like you aren’t very good, or weak or things are too hard or easy. That external noise that clouds your presence are little signs of you being in the right place, to work out how to listen to your body, allow your mind to work alongside your physical self & explore moving, breathing & exploring ways to feel better
