Better Than Well: Why People in Recovery Make Exceptional Employees

And How They Can Help Transform & Build Your Organisation

"Every leadership team wants the same qualities: resilience, adaptability, loyalty, and problem-solving under pressure.

What if I told you that some of the most resilient, driven, and loyal people you could ever hire are routinely overlooked?

I’m talking about people in recovery from addiction.

Not the stereotype—but individuals who’ve fought hard to rebuild their lives, who show up with purpose, and who don’t take a second chance for granted.

Research backs it up: people in recovery often outperform peers in loyalty, productivity, and morale-boosting impact.

Hiring them isn’t charity—it’s a competitive edge."
