🫵 When it comes to mental wellbeing, your small actions can create lasting cultural change. We can all make a difference and break down the stigma surrounding mental health and mental illness.

Confidence and skill in having meaningful, sometimes difficult conversations can prevent issues from escalating. We shouldn’t have to wait for crisis or absence before stepping in. When people understand the signs and feel able to approach someone early, support becomes timely, compassionate, and far more effective. It should be a normal part of the everyday conversations we all have.

⭐️ We are proud to deliver mental health and wellbeing training that goes above and beyond what you may have experienced before. Lets normalise not stigmatise, because we all have mental health!

We know that mental wellbeing can be an intense subject, so we design our courses and workshops to be as fun and interactive as possible, with lots of laughter a part of the learning where we can. Our workshops are an accessible 2-hours, and packed full of practical, engaging content which humanises the topics and gives maximum value for our delegate's time.

Dementia affects families, workplaces, and communities—impacting how people connect, live, and work together. With over 900,000 people in the UK currently living with dementia, understanding it has never mattered more.

That's why we created our "Unravelling Minds; Demystifying Dementia Support" workshop. This engaging 2-hour workshop offers a fresh perspective on dementia, cutting through the clichés to explore its real-world impact.

🧠 We’ll look at the different types of dementia and how it affects daily life— not just for those diagnosed, but for families, workplaces, and society as a whole.

🟢 Beyond awareness, this session equips you with practical, human-centred strategies to support individuals living with dementia. We’ll challenge common misconceptions, navigate the complexities of communication, and consider the role we all play in fostering dignity, independence, and meaningful connection.

🟣 Whether you're a carer, or someone wanting to make a difference in your workplace or community, this workshop provides valuable insights, real-world examples, and the confidence to take action. You'll leave with a clearer understanding of dementia, a toolkit of supportive approaches, and signposts to expert resources for further guidance.

If your team works from home you see each other less often then you used to, and you’re starting to feel the distance, this workshop is for you:
💻 "Empty Spaces, Expressionless Faces; supporting colleagues in a hybrid workplace".

🛜 In a world where hybrid and remote working has become the norm for many people, staying connected to others can feel challenging. The pandemic sped up this shift, and many have embraced it; working from home has brought flexibility, freedom, and improved work-life balance. Yet the connections we once relied on — the quick chats, shared laughs, and instant support — can fade when teams are apart. The subtle signals we might notice in face-to-face interactions can easily be missed when working remotely.

🟢 This interactive two-hour workshop explores how we can support one another, strengthen team connections, and spot the signs when someone may be struggling.

🫶 Designed for anyone in a hybrid workplace, this session empowers participants to recognise the behaviours and communication patterns that might indicate a colleague is finding things difficult and helps them to respond with empathy and support.

💡 Through thought-provoking discussions, engaging activities, and practical strategies, participants will discover new ways to foster genuine connection — both online and face-to-face — to build and sustain a supportive team culture.

Thank you to everyone who has given us feedback. It helps shape our delivery to keep giving the best value training and workplace support possible!

💡 Introducing our 2-hour workshop "Compassion - At Work".
Compassion shouldn’t be reserved for crisis moments - it should shape the everyday culture of a workplace. When staff feel safe, supported, and able to bring their whole selves to work, the entire organisation benefits. This practical, evidence-informed session helps people build the skills and confidence to support one another and foster a more compassionate environment.

🟢 Designed for employees at all levels, this interactive 2-hour workshop explores how stigma, public attitudes, and workplace norms can affect how we respond to mental health, and mental illness - and what we can do differently. Participants will examine their own responses, challenge misconceptions, and learn how to create safer spaces for honest conversations.

🧠 By combining practical skills with self-reflection and psychoeducation, this session helps people take a shared responsibility for promoting wellbeing — without taking on the role of therapist, fixer, or mental health expert. Participants will also explore how to protect their own mental health while looking out for others, recognising that self-care and team-care go hand in hand.

▶️ Whether used as a standalone session or to compliment our full-day “Compassionate Leadership” course, “Compassion – At Work” helps embed a shared culture of support — turning compassionate values into everyday practice across the whole organisation.
