Yoga with Natasha Teaching group and private yoga classes in and around Exeter! A beautiful combination of mindful movement, breathwork, meditation & relaxation. Take risks.

Weekly group class schedule:

Tuesdays 7:15-8:15pm at Newtown Community hut (Belmont Park)

Friday 6:15-7:15pm at Newtown Community hut

£9 single session or £40 for 5 classes

Thursdays 12:00-1:15pm Gentle Hatha at Countess Wear Village Hall

Sundays 6:15-7:30pm Vinyasa flow yoga at Lotus Loft Exeter (in studio and on zoom!)

I teach a flow-style class, suitable for all levels. I encourage everyone to listen to their body and work to their own level - it's all about accessing space and finding freedom in the body and mind :)

Having fully experienced the healing qualities of yoga in my own life, I believe in the power of this practice to transform each of us. It is such an incredible gift to be able to share this with others, and I absolutely love what I do! In my classes you can expect a balance between strength and softness, with the focus on using the breath to achieve a deep level of awareness, peace and freedom. I always offer modifications and encourage students to listen to their bodies and tailor the practice to their own individual needs – you are your best teacher! My personal belief is that yoga should be a fun, explorative and introspective journey that is accessible to everyone. My hope is to continue to spread the love and inspire others with this life-changing practice! Born and raised in Vancouver, Canada, I made the move to Devon in 2014, and I love that I'm able to continue to pursue my love of teaching yoga here! Group classes are open to all-levels, including beginners - I love offering yoga to different groups and welcoming new students to the practice!

Bookings are now open for my next seasonal yoga celebration! 🍂

For many of us, the summer months are a whirlwind of activity, as we embrace the energy of the season and make the most of the longer days. Autumn is a time for slowing down, grounding, re-connecting to our roots, and offering space for reflection. Join us on Sunday 21st September for a gorgeous half-day retreat in the countryside to welcome this transition! These seasonal celebrations are a wonderful opportunity to pause during these transitions, harness the energy of the new season, reflect on where we are at and what we want to create in the coming months, and allow ourselves precious time and space to enjoy nourishing practices, delicious food, and quality time with each other. We will enjoy a morning of yoga, meditation, breathwork and time for journalling and self-reflection, followed by a delicious, seasonal Mediterranean lunch catered by 😋 All levels of experience are most welcome, and I often welcome new students on these events - so please do share with any friends or family who may be interested! 🫶

In May, I hosted my first retreat day just for mums 🫶 I felt called to create this for some time, and the day was truly magical! I had such lovely feedback from all the incredible mamas that attended, and I’m very excited to announce that I have booked another one for the Autumn! 🙌

We are back at the gorgeous for a full day of deeply nourishing practices, authentic connection & delicious food to fill your own cup. Take some time to hit pause, to drop into yourself, and connect with a beautiful community of mothers, as we nourish ourselves, uplift each other, and expand together. The day will incorporate a number of healing practices, including yoga, somatic movement, meditation, breath workshop, self-inquiry, sacred circle, countryside walk, delicious Mediterranean food, and SO much more! So much growth and healing happens when we offer ourselves a sacred pocket of time & space to slow down, connect, reflect, & nourish our nervous system. For me, yoga is all about connection. Connection to our breath, to our bodies, to our hearts…quieting the noise and dropping into a place where we can connect with our truth, welcoming and accepting ALL parts of ourselves 🩷

AND connection to others, and the recognition that we are all connected to each other and part of something so much bigger 🙏

I am so deeply grateful for the work that I do. It is a true passion and calling of mine to create spaces where we can come together and connect authentically. I love teaching group classes and witnessing the beautiful connections that are made in these spaces 🥰

The events that I hold intentionally allow more space to really nourish these connections. I offer day retreats, as well as seasonal celebrations and Yoga socials. These allow us to really expand our practice into a space for sharing stories, and to create, nourish and grow these connections 🙏

In a world that often leaves us feeling overwhelmed & disconnected from ourselves and others - we all need this more than ever 🫶

The next yoga social is coming up on Saturday 5th July, and I have just a few spaces left for an evening of beautiful yoga at followed by the most delicious Greek food at 😋

We will meet at at 6:15pm for a feel-good 75-minute yoga flow, then head over to (just a short walk from the studio) for delicious Greek food, and time to relax, connect & soak up the sweet Mediterranean vibes!✌️The perfect weekend self-care treat to fully nourish your body, mind & soul! I have felt deeply called for some time now to create a sacred space for mums to come together to rest, recharge, reflect & connect. What started as a soul whisper has grown into a full body YES that this is exactly what I need to create right now and what we all so desperately need as mothers in this busy modern world. They say it takes a village to raise a child, yet so many of us mums feel alone, overwhelmed and disconnected from ourselves and others as we navigate the beautiful and often rocky road that is motherhood. We all know that we need to fill our own cup first and that carving out this time for ourselves is essential, yet the juggle is all too real and we often put our own needs on the back burner. It’s time to prioritise YOU and claim this precious time and space for yourself. Join me for a full day of deeply nourishing practices, authentic connection & delicious food at this beautiful countryside venue. Time to hit pause, to drop into yourself, and connect with a beautiful community of mothers as we nourish ourselves, uplift each other, and expand together. Wishing everyone the most beautiful new year, full of love, good health, magical moments, and expansion ✨

My guiding word for 2024 was CONNECTION, and this has truly been a year of reconnecting to myself - a deep dive into all the different layers of my being, allowing space for all the emotions that have wanted to be seen, heard & felt. I’ve faced a number of personal challenges as we all have, navigating my journey through motherhood & trying to find the right work-family-self balance, while continuing to work through deep layers of grief, and creating the space to heal & nurture my body, mind & relationships. What a wild ride this life is! I have felt such deep gratitude & trust for the path that I am on, and I have been wholeheartedly focused on fostering this sense of connection in the spaces that I hold. When I say that yoga has changed my life, it has truly transformed my entire way of being, and opened up doorways of connection to myself & others that have seen me through some of the darkest times, while also allowing me to experience so much joy, love and a deep trust in myself and the universe. Know that wherever you are on your journey, the space is here for you to find your way back to yourself and connect with others as we navigate this crazy life together!

Group classes start up again this Sunday 5th January, and you are so welcome to join us! Full schedule below:

As we welcome the transition to Spring, it’s a time for new beginnings, growth and renewal. It’s the ideal time to slow down, reflect, and plant the seeds of change we wish to nourish & grow in the coming months.
