On Wednesday we held our first Staff Forum, this was an opportunity for our staff to gather together and discuss important topics, exchange ideas and build on our culture of open communication and collaboration.

It was great to hear first hand some of the challenges the team face and talk through ways we can make improvements. There was a great discussion about different cultures of care internationally and how we can blend these different approaches to provide high quality care for our residents.

A big 'thank you' to those who attended. We look forward to seeing you again at the next staff forum!

Over the weekend of 3rd & 4th June, we had an incredible adventure attending the English Riviera Air Show with some of our residents. It was an unforgettable day filled with excitement and wonder as we watched the spectacular displays from the Red Arrows and other talented pilots.

The residents really valued being out and about, enjoying the fresh air and sunshine while being part of something new and exciting! Thank you to the English Riviera Air Show for a wonderful experience!

Last week we held a workshop to define the new mission, vision and values for CoActive Care. It was amazing to see our team come together and collaborate on creating a shared set of values. We're busy putting the final touches to them before we can share, but we can't wait to put them into action and continue to provide excellent care for our residents.

Spurfield House site update! The sun was shining over Spurfield yesterday, the team are making excellent progress, the roof is on, the floors are down - we can't wait to open in January 2024!
