Authenticity 💕

I was reflecting on my lovely day yesterday—on what really connects with me and the kind of people I’m choosing to be around at the moment. And the answer was simple: authenticity. People who are comfortable in who they are. No mask, no pretense, no judgment—just truth.

I spent time in a space like that yesterday—open, honest, and real—and it reminded me how much my own life has shifted since I’ve started reconnecting with my true self. My values, my purpose, my way of being. For so long, I was caught up in life and being around situations and people that drained me. I still observe people living behind masks that no longer serve them and creating ‘filters’ due to ego or lack of self worth; it just reaffirms my want and purpose to help as many people as I can get back to the truth of who they are.

Yesterday wasn’t just a lovely day—it was real too. Alongside the alignment, there are still parts of my journey I’m healing from, particularly the physical body, and I’m learning to own all of it without shame. Because that’s authenticity too.

We are all unique, all on our own path. And if life is teaching us anything right now, it’s this: come back to yourself. If you feel like you can’t fully be you, pause and reflect—what’s holding you back? Fear? Conditioning? External pressure? Because the truth is, only you know what’s right for you.

So sit with yourself, peel back the layers, and choose spaces and people where you can be fully seen—without judgment. There are so many voices telling you who to be, but your truth lives within you… and that’s where your authenticity begins.

I withdrew from social media at the end of October to help me reconnect with my own inner peace. Please forgive me if I’ve missed any posts, updates or news across social media where my sentiments were expected or you feel warranted. They were certainly with you in spirit. I know I’ll be back on here again soon due to the ‘work’ I’m doing but in the meantime I’m taking the opportunity of going with the flow, connecting with truth and authenticity and looking forward to a brighter future for all. It’s that kind of day! Step into your magic, your witchy and wizard mindset to bring forth a new dawn - one where we can all start to live with our authentic selves, one which supports, uplifts and includes all. One where we can all be seen and heard and the ones clinging on to their last gasp attempts to control grassroots fall on their sword (much like Andrew Windsor!) Happy Halloween all 🧙💕

I love this! On International Men’s Day (19th November) there is an event happening at Arena Torquay to discuss men’s mental health and the men of Torquay are invited. One of the speakers is Lincoln Sargent from Torbay Council who I thoroughly respect (I know… hearing me talk respect in the same sentence as Torbay Council is somewhat alien but there are some brilliant people trying to support the ship as it goes down 🥴).

Now, I know there’ll be comments about a ‘man’s day’ but when I look at every human being as a unique individual, removing all labels, demographics, etc, we are currently living in a time where the world is asking us to have a more balanced feminine/masculine energy. Along with that are individuals trying to navigate who the f**k they are, where they belong, alongside maintaining jobs, relationships, parenthood, whatever it may be. So when events like this are highlighted I’m joyful as now more than ever the world is waking up to the fact that we shouldn’t look at community as a place but as somewhere where people find their belonging, hope, strength, joy.

As keen users of many of the facilities looked after by Torbay coast and Countryside trust, we are saddened by the news that they are being put into liquidation. 😔
We understand that a lot of families have annual Occombe Farm passes that will no longer be usable. 💔

To help those families, we will be happy to honour the annual passes for the next 12 months, at The Bunker here in Torquay. Proof of pass required 🙌

Passes will be valid for general climbing and bambinos entry's.
