What is Bowen?
Founded in Australia by Tom Bowen in the 1970's and made its way to the UK during the 1980's it is relatively new compared to other long standing treatments yet is proving to be just as if not more effective.
Bowen is a gentle treatment that sends healing messages to the brain via simple precise movements over the fascial tissue.
