👋 Drop-In TODAY at Brixham library!!

The Standing Tall partnership is holding a drop-in session today for anyone who wants to learn more about vital local support and services on offer for domestic abuse and sexual violence. This is a relaxed, safe space available to anyone.

Come and chat with our friendly partners, ask questions about local services, and just generally find out more about what support looks like—no pressure, no expectation to share anything personal unless you want to access help. It's just a space to get information and feel heard.

Drop-In at Brixham Library

The Standing Tall partnership will be at the Library in Brixham from 1:00PM on Tuesday, December 9th.

This session is part of the 16 Days of Community Events. We invite you to come and meet our partners, ask questions about local services, and learn more about what to expect when seeking support for domestic abuse or sexual violence.

This is a safe space to get information and feel heard. There is absolutely no pressure to share any personal details unless you choose to access immediate support.

🌳 Stand Tall with Us in Brixham.

The Standing Tall Partnership is bringing our Awareness Raising Bus to Brixham this week!

📅 When: Tuesday, December 9th | 10:00am - 2:00pm
📍 Where: Parked outside Brixham Town Hall

We are committed to helping raise awareness of the local, confidential services available for anyone affected by domestic abuse or sexual violence.

If you or someone you know needs support, or if you simply want to learn how to help a loved one, please drop by the bus. Our team will be on hand to answer questions and connect you with the resources you need.

Standing Tall will be hosting an information stand Monday, December 8th, at the Co-op on Fore Street, Brixham (from 10am).

We know it can be hard to find help. Our mission is to connect anyone affected by domestic abuse or sexual violence with the vital local support and services they need.

Huge thanks to everyone who came out to see Whats Your Problem joined by The Intercom Trust and The Eddystone Trust in Torquay, on Thursday 27th December. All of us hope we made a difference for those who needed support.

And of course, a massive shout-out to Lead on Ponies for bringing Timmy, the wonderful miniature pony who became the highlight of the event!

Thank you to Torbay Libraries for hosting us, and to everyone who came along to the drop-in at Torquay Library on Wednesday, 26th November.

There was a wealth of advice on offer from organisations including Make Amends, Checkpoint - The Children’s Society, and of course Standing Tall. We hope you left with helpful information and a clearer sense of where to find support.
