What a blast from the past, found this picture from when I had my first clinic! Two things have happened since, first, I am a lot more grey, and second, my safe hands are - I think - even safer! In the 8 or 9 years since I have amassed over 400 hours of additional training in various chiropractic techniques and knowledge.

This week I've had a lot of headaches again in clinic, headaches seems to be my most popular problem lately! Modern life can be very stressful but remember there are some very simple things you can do to minimise risk of headaches. Remember, keep hydrated and try not to skip meals, and don't spend too long starting at screens and phones.

I have to say I love what I do, and I am grateful to be able to help most of the people who come my way. A patient made me this card and I cannot thank her and her husband enough. "World's greatest Chiropractor" is a hell of a title and I don't know that would be me, all I can say is I try my very best!

So yeah, this is a straight up bragging post! 😁

Just to note as well, I will be away Thursday 16th April and Friday 17th April, back to Bournemouth for some more training! But spaces available week beginning 20th April as usual.

Hasn't the weather been excellent lately!? Been a cracking week in Clinic with some patients really turning in some good results and progress. Been seeing a lot of rotator cuff issues this week again, used to do a LOT of those when I lived in Wales. In second place, we have Sciatica, and in 3rd place this week neck pain.

If you’ve been seeing my posts and are wondering what is a Chiropractor, what do they do, and how could one help me?
