Specialised in Pre-conception, pregnancy, postnatal, menopause, facial and zone face lift reflexology. Hello there! My name is Taz and I am the founder of Heart and Sole Reflexology North Devon. I am a fully qualified reflexologist based in the North Devon countryside. I first became interested in reflexology when I managed a wellbeing centre supporting cancer patients, their relatives and carers. The difference these treatments made to overall health and wellbeing for clients was profound and I just knew this was the right therapy for me and something that needed to be shared with others! Thus began my journey in to training to become a reflexologist! I hold a level 3 Diploma in Reflexology and am a fully approved member of the Association of Reflexologists. My treatments primarily take place from my cosy treatment room based at my home in the quiet village of Monkleigh, situated between Bideford and Torrington. I am also able to travel to your home if you prefer (with cost of travel being added to treatment). My goal is to base treatments around you and to be as flexible as possible with my treatments to ensure you get the best possible experience!

☕It's not very often I get a spare few hours in the day to catch up on admin! I'm usually doing this in my evenings around clients and children!
