I was terrified this morning to look outside to see if I had a fence and a cabin left safe to say I think we managed to get away without any damage phewww!

That callus was right on the metatarsophalangeal joint (MTPJ)—no wonder it was so painful with every step. After some focused care, the pressure’s finally eased and the skin looks and feels so much better 🦶 🦶

🌿 A little reminder for anyone who spends their days caring for others… 🌿

Today I had the privilege of looking after a lady who has spent so long caring for someone else that she completely forgot to care for herself. Her own needs were always at the bottom of the list.

After a bit of gentle persuading from family, she let me treat her feet. always remember to be gentle with yourself. You matter more than you realise ❤️

What a year it’s been, this year I’ve had some amazing moments and created beautiful memories, but it’s also been the hardest year feeling helpless when things are beyond your control, it not always flowers and sunshine.

5 little piggy’s has BOOMED this year! When I left Plymouth it was risk, it was a risk worth taking. My clinic has taken off more than I could have imagined, my home visits are always booked up. Thank you to all of you who support me by trusting me to do your feet, by sharing my posts, to telling your friends about me.

All those little things add up and allow me to create those memories with my family.

This morning has been spent baking 27 little piggy chocolate shortbreads, for all my patients this week.

I cannot promise everyone will get one with my daughter around 🫣
