A clear improvement after reducing hard skin and treating the underlying dryness. Regular use of a urea‑based moisturiser, avoiding barefoot walking on hard floors, and keeping pressure areas monitored can significantly reduce the risk of fissures forming.

Hello everyone!

I’m due to have surgery which means il be off for roughly 3 weeks.

My last working day will be Tuesday the 26th of may and I will return working on Monday the 22nd of June.
Anyone who is currently booked in those dates will be brought forward.

If you are not a regular patient and you book as and when, I would advise getting booked in.

I will be offering later appointments in clinic to try to accommodate everyone.

Please note some appointments may have to be swapped bringing your appointment forward if needed or pushed back.

I have a huge amount of people on my books so please bear with me whilst I try to move people.

• Thick, curved nails that look like a ram’s horn
• Most common on the big toe
• Caused by long‑term pressure or trauma
• Can grow very long if not reduced
• Foot health practitioners see it all the time

As you can see from the picture, the 1st nail is pressing in to the 2nd, this can cause skin to brake down and cause issues.

Luckily we got there before this became a problem. One session later and the toe is more comfortable and this lady can now wear her sandals again ❤️

Remember it’s always very important to check your loved ones feet.
