I’m really excited to be co-facilitating this yoga, meditation and sound workshop next month with my friend and Sharpham buddy, Emma.

Join us in welcoming back the sun after a long winter. Spring equinox is a powerful time of renewal, as we look ahead to warmer days and new beginnings. It also happens a to be a full moon. 🌕 🌷🌱☀️

For the past 18 months, I’ve been living and working at Sharpham, a mindfulness retreat centre in Devon. Leading retreats in these beautiful surroundings, and meeting so many amazing people along the way has been a gift and a privilege. Although there have been challenges, being part of this community has been a transformative time for me. As I reflect on my journey at Sharpham, I’m grateful for the invaluable experiences and lessons that will continue to guide me in my life and work:

💫 A deepening of my own mindfulness and meditation practice, learning to be more present in my day to day life
💫 Confirmation that being part of a supportive community can help us to feel more connected, compassionate and accepted as our authentic selves
💫 A new appreciation of the natural world and how it can enhance our sense of wellbeing, curiosity and wonder

As I leave Sharpham and begin a new chapter, I’m excited to start sharing what I’ve learnt with others through running my own workshops and retreats. 🌳 ✨💗 🌿

I will also be starting my Level 2 Sound Healing course next month, so will be offering group sound baths and 1-1 reiki sessions combined with sound healing. 🪘💫✨
