Heatwave incoming! Keep your feet cool this weekend with our top tips:

👣 Go breathable – Choose sandals or shoes made from natural, breathable materials like leather or canvas. Avoid plastic!

💧 Stay hydrated – Drinking plenty of water helps prevent swelling in your feet and ankles.

🧊 Cool down – Soak your feet in cool (not icy) water at the end of the day to ease heat and tiredness.

🧦 Ditch the tight socks – Choose light, moisture-wicking socks or go barefoot at home if it’s safe.

🦶 Watch out for flip flops – They may feel airy, but flat unsupportive soles can cause foot pain. Supportive sandals are a better option.
