A fabulous holistic health centre based in the heart of Totnes with easy access to public transport, parking and the main street. The centre specialises in talking therapies and has also attracted a range of holistic therapists including: massage, shamanic healing, hypnotherapy, nutrition, resonance repatterning, TRE (Trauma Release Exercises) and more. The centre also houses a large collection of sandplay symbols and sandplay therapy and therapeutic art courses are regularly run from the centre.

Come for a deep dive into the wonders of Integrative Sandplay Therapy
I would love to hear from anyone who is interested in these amazing sandplay and therapeutic art courses which are based in Totnes.
I also have a couple of creative retreats in the warmer months in a beautiful location in South Devon - last year we enjoyed the land and walked along the lane for a dip in the sea !!
