This 8 Week In-person Immersion will be a powerful journey of womb healing, yoni clearing, feminine activation and empowerment.

Conscious Communication 🌀

What does it look like to you? What does it feel like to you? What does it mean to you?

I have been on a deep dive into the element of Air over the last couple of weeks, into an initiation that has been painful, yet powerful and incredibly potent. It has caused me to re-assess what clear, effective communication means to me and it has shown me where I have been stuck, hiding or avoidant. 💙

The words that we use hold power. Each and every word. And it is sooo important it is to choose them wisely. To only communicate from the heart, not from a trigger. To breathe into the body and let all emotions flow through, before responding to any difficult situation or conversation.

And sometimes, the words we use do not convey the energy that we are giving off. Sometimes we may be saying something, but the energy that we are emanating is saying the complete opposite, and others can feeeeeel it!!

Conscious communication has changed my life, deepened my friendships, connected my voice to my heart and taught me to notice triggers as something within myself that needs to be healed. The element of Air has POWER! I recommend stepping into it for a time, to see what medicine it can bring you 😍 xx
