Who is the best therapist?

My dog Zen, of course,

and I know this is because he helps me reconnect with my inner intelligence (the true therapist in the room) which will always guide me towards healing, adaption and flourishment if I listen to it.

Whatever the therapeutic approach taken (be it somatic, IFS, person centred, gestalt, trauma recovery, breathwork, PAT) the success of that therapy will be determined by the extent to which it enabled you to listen to and trust more in the inner healing intelligence that's built into the human operating system.

Learn more about this inner healing intelligence in my latest blog, link in bio or https://field-of-possibility.org/blog/who-is-the-best-therapist

Shout out to for the fab photos 🙏🏼💕

Thriving on a rock in the stone circle in the field of possibility.

Can't believe how quickly it's grown all on its own.

Ah, but of course we're never alone.

We dug up the rock deep below the soils surface to create space for the natural swim pond. So cool to see what nutrients it provides above ground.

Regeneration isn’t about going back to how things were.

It’s about reconnecting with the life force within us—and around us—that knows how to adapt, renew, and create forward momentum.

This understanding of regeneration sits at the heart of our psychological and humanitarian work.

🌱 Read the latest blog, Regeneration Beyond Recovery, to explore how people, communities, and ecosystems can thrive through inside-out regeneration.

✨ Join us to explore this field of recovery at our next gathering on Saturday 31st January.

There will be space to slow down, listen, and discover what becomes possible when we align with the regenerative intelligence already at work within us and around us.

Hope is not only normal. It is essential.

So grateful to and his colleagues as it's been a long time since we felt so hopeful about politics in this country.

And we're reminded of the poignant words of Dr Abdelfattah Abusrour during a recent performance of Beyond the Rubble: Steps of Hope, a celebration of Palestian culture and resilience put on by Alrowwad cultural and arts society in Ashburton arts centre.

'Despair is not a luxury we can afford'

Let 2026 be the year hope feels normal again!

And if you passing through Totnes on the way to Exeter look out for the sign in the Field.

Really looking forward to delivering training with later this week, and spending a couple of days with labour ward coordinators in London exploring how we can maintain wellbeing and access our natural resilience while delivering compassionate care.

I just realised this year marks ten years of delivering training for in a wide range of venues across the UK. These two photos — one from a hotel conference room in Guernsey, the other from a labour ward in Norwich — stand out as particularly memorable moments.

It continues to be a privilege to learn from the remarkable midwives and doctors who attend these courses. Their insight into what it takes to work in the NHS, and their capacity to offer compassionate care that gives babies and families the best start in life, never fails to inspire me.

Very grateful to for first reaching out to me and being ongoingly inspirational in her commitment to creating quality training. Hope maternity leave continues to treat you well 😘

Turning Destruction into Hope

A highlight of Mox’s work trip to Gaza last week was meeting the talented artist Nada Rajab, who is also the coordinator of the Art in the Rubble project run by The Hands Up Project which we’ve been raising money for at the gatherings in The Field of Possibility.

The pictures speak louder than words.

You can see more of what the students are creating through the Art in the Rubble: Turning Destruction into Hope project by following The Hands Up Project and you can support their work by donating through the fundraising page:
https://www.handsupproject.org/

You can also see more of Nada’s work at her insta pages

For reflections on how people survive, adapt and regenerate their lives in devastating circumstances, you can read the second part of our blog series, combining Mox’s work with the physical realities of recovery and Kirstien Bjerregaard work on psychological experience:
