Did you use last night’s Wolf Moon to dive into some deep emotional work or reflection? This first Full Moon of the year often illuminates our inner landscapes, bringing old patterns or strong feelings to the surface. If you found yourself journaling, meditating, or simply holding space for breakthroughs, you may also want to give your crystals a gentle cleanse to release any energy they’ve absorbed.
In our Kundalini classes, both in-person last night and online this morning, we explored practices designed to release stuck emotions—the perfect way to shift the energy that this Full Moon may have bubbled up. “Deep work” can be anything from exploring limiting beliefs and past hurts, to setting powerful intentions for the path ahead. After these reflective moments, our crystals benefit from a little reset, too.
Many people love using moonlight—placing crystals on a windowsill or outside under the moon—to bathe them in that soft lunar glow. You can also cleanse them with a smoke wand (like sage or palo santo), visualization (imagining white light passing through each stone), or by resting them on a bed of selenite. Once cleansed, store your crystals somewhere peaceful—perhaps on a small altar or wrapped in natural fabric—to keep their energy clear.
Finally, take a moment of gratitude for any insights or shifts you received during this lunar cycle. The Wolf Moon can stir deep emotions, but it can also bring powerful clarity and healing if we honour and integrate the lessons that arise.
I’d love to hear if you embraced any special rituals or intentions under last night’s Full Moon. If you feel called, please share in the comments below.
I’d love to read about your experience 🌕
