At the helm is the award winning Sue Bessant and with over 33 successful years in the dental industry, Identiti may be the new kid in town, but with unmatched experience and knowledge, there is no doubt, you are in the safest of hands.
To many of you, Sue will already be a familiar and trusted name from her time with Wired Orthodontics and Identiti is her next, exciting chapter. Sue qualified at the South Glamorgan Institute of Higher Education with an Ordinary National Diploma in Dental Technology in 1990, and as part of her training undertook placements at Bristol Dental Hospital and outlying clinics. 2003 saw Sue complete her Higher National Certificate in Cardiff where she worked in dental labs and across all disciplines including crown and bridge, prosthetics, diagnostic and occlusion work and implants, before channelling her energies into orthodontics in 2009.
Alongside Sue, is Jackie Langman – your first port of call when you pick up the phone to talk to Identiti. Jackie is described by everyone who meets her as ‘a people person’ and she worked alongside Sue at Wired Orthodontics as an event co-ordinator and sales manager. She is the first point of contact for course enquiries at Identiti and manages the booking process through to welcoming delegates on the first day of their course, seamlessly.
Jackie and Sue are a dynamic duo and have known each other since they were at playgroup together in Devon! They have a mutual respect for each other and a brilliantly transparent working relationship.
