🌿Growth is understanding that we are not obliged to explain why when we say no. We do not need to give a reason.

🌿So ask yourself why you feel the need to explain when you feel something is not for you, and you simply want to decline?

🌿Of course every situation is unique. There is never only one way to do this, but when you truly think about it, most often a simple “no” is all that’s necessary

TOO MANY SUNDAYS

Too many Sundays have been darkened by the dreaded presence of Monday, looming in like a storm cloud of fear, anxiety and gut-wrenching stress. Sunday is your gift, your day to recharge, your freedom. Be protective of that time. Monday has its space enough, do not let it overstep its mark. Make your plans, prepare, then push Monday back into its box and let Sunday shine forth like the jewel it is. You deserve this day of soul rest. Life is not a chore to be dealt with, it’s to be lived my friend. You’re here to live. And Sunday is a day, gifted to us, for doing whatever your little heart desires.

WELCOME AUGUST

So here we are, over halfway through this year.
A great moment in time to peep behind and see how far you have come.
Are you who you so very much wanted to be, as the bells welcomed in 2023?
Did you stick to those promises you made yourself?
Or did life take over, as life will, and remind you that you are not here to become a version of perfection, you are here to simply grow, as you flow.
A flow which is never yours to truly control.
And in fact, the version of yourself you are now is more than you could have hoped for, if you look with clear vision.
Because you are so very human, my friend.
You are consistently connected, sharing yourself with this world and radiating light as you go about your journey.
You are continuously brave.
You show up again and again, you rise again, you shine again - and again.

Welcome in this month of August with open arms, and lay fear, regret and judgement, at the back door of July.
You don’t need those heavy burdens going forward. You didn’t need them in January either.
Set them down.
You need space, to let in the good stuff.

7 months in, 5 months left.
Go forward with only what you need.
There is much joy ahead, you cannot yet imagine.
