We are excited to introduce a new Astrology Kitchen Table Group starting on Friday 27th March at 2pm.
Are you curious to find out more about your birth chart or others close to you. Understanding astrology in more depth past the basic horoscope can provide a better and deeper understanding of ourselves and the world we live in. In this new group we will look at finding deeper meaning in ourselves, current affairs, astrological calendars, transits and anything astrological that the group wishes to explore together.

Come and meet other like minded people in a relaxed and friendly environment.

The group will be hosted by TNHC volunteers Val and Mara. They are both seasoned astrologers with 100 years experience between them!

2pm - approx 4pm
From £3 -£5 donation including a cup of tea.
Suitable from novice to all levels.

We are excited to announce that Annie Gabriel is joining the centre as Tuning Forks and Advanced Vibrational Essence Practitioner.
In Annie's words:
"Every cell in our body emits its own energy frequency and is receptive to sounds, and vibrations. When the body is ‘out of tune’ due to illness, emotional or physical trauma, this creates energetic disharmony.
Using specific tuning fork these blocked energies are released, bringing the body back into balance and creates a state of peace and well being. I also recommend specific essences to support this work.
Clients have reported feeling more energised with sharper focus, improved memory and sleep patterns, to name but a few of the many benefits.
I also have a background in education, social work and NHS physiotherapy support work."
Please Note that This treatment is not available for clients in first trimester of pregnancy or history of fitting.

Annie will be offering sessions on Thursdays and Fridays. As a reminder you can book online or call us Monday - Friday 10am - 4.30pm on 01803 864587. Our donation rates start from £20 if on benefits and if you would like to pay £55 we also give a voucher to our charity partners Stepping Stones Food and Wellbeing or Sasha in Totnes.

Many thanks to the Totnes Times for publishing our heart warming story of our team of inspirational volunteer receptionists, who have been at the forefront of our digital transformation at the centre. Without our team of volunteer receptionists and therapists we would not be able to provide this service to the community.

After 48 years of handwritten diaries and paper records, the Totnes Natural Health Centre has entered the digital age — guided by an extraordinary team of volunteers proving that learning, service and community spirit have no age limit.

✨ We’re delighted to welcome a new nutritionist to Totnes Natural Health Centre. ✨

We believe this will be of great benefit to our local community. Rebeh Furze Salisbury will be working on Wednesday afternoons from 28 January 2026.

Rebeh has been exploring the links between natural health, organic growing and food for over 20 years and has recently pulled all this together under the banner of Naturopathic Nutrition in which she qualified in early 2025. To her work she brings a passion for delicious food that supports both our health and the health of the earth, alongside deep compassionate listening and a thorough understanding of how the body functions from the cellular level upwards. It is her great privilege to help people find the right approach for their health and lifestyle needs.

During your session, Rebeh will take time to fully explore your health needs and create a bespoke plan tailored to you and your lifestyle. This work is usually supported through two appointments: an initial consultation followed by a review.
