Dream Thyme Herbal I forage local plants to hand make my unique, palm free herbal skincare and remedies in my Devon home Thank you.

My recipes are my own creations and are free of palm oil and nasties. I make many of my own herbal oils from the plants that I pick, as well as water infusions to blend into the creams. I offer Home Herbal workshops at Dartington College, Devon. These are seasonal workshops where we taste, smell and make useful family friendly herbal recipes for common ailments and skincare (Crafted Dartington). I fell down the wooden stairs of an old cottage at the weekend and got badly bruised.

Luckily I make ARNICA BALM! It speeds up the absorption of blood beneath the skin and helps bruises to fade faster.

My thigh bruise was quite inflamed too and the Arnica has reduced that inflammation dramatically.

It's also a handy remedy for insect bites, reducing redness and irritation.

On this chilly, blustery day I'll be making the DAY BALANCE FACIAL OIL.

This blend is light and easily absorbed by the skin and is best suited to combination type skin. With a jojoba oil base it mimics the skins natural oils or sebum, informing the skin not to produce more oil.

Therefore it's ideal for combination to oily skin, even acne prone skin. With antibacterial essential oils of Rosemary and Lemon 🍋 and skin balancing Geranium.

I sometimes choose to use this fragrant blend during the daytime, since it's so light and I adore the scent.

Incredibly hydrating Frankincense and Rose facial oils, freshly made. Made up of 8 base oils to give hydration, nourishment and help to ageing skin.

3 drops a day is all that's needed to moisturise your face and neck. Apply a drop to each cheek and one to the chin. Gently rub in small circles in a clockwise direction. Any excess is applied to the neck in upward strokes.

Observe the changes to your own skin in just a few days. It's incredible.

Pure oils are like nothing else.
