Practice yoga asana for yourself,to take care of your body, mind and spirit. To pay attention to what your needs are and to give yourself some mental,physical, energetic space. To feel your mind,heart and belly more aligned, working as one.

There is no need to 'DO' yoga. Don't add another thing to your to-do list.
Use your yoga mat as a place and opportunity every time to listen to the messages your body is sending you.

Londoner based in Lisbon. Level 3 Certified Forrest Yoga teacher, Advanced Clinical & Therapeutic Massage Therapist, Reflexologist. Yoga Medicine Trainee with Tiffany Cruikshank. I am passionate about sharing the wisdom and tools of Forrest Yoga, created by Ana Forrest. I work with people with injury, chronic pain and stress. I also work with prenatal and postnatal women. I teach group classes and private sessions in Lisbon.
