Spent a day on Fore street today, attempting to sell The totnes calendar. As i stood next to my pitch chatting to a friend, a lady approached my stall, put a calendar in her bag and sauntered off. I gave chase, and asked, 'did you take a calendar?' 'Yes', she replied. 'I thought they were free!' 'No' I replied. 'They are £5'. 'Ridiculous price' she stated. 'Well', I responded, 'no less ridiculous as thinking they are free'!

When I was younger, I spent £65 on a date.(it didn't go well) Now though, by buying the Totnes Calendar you get 365 dates for a fiver. But it gets better. IT'S A LEAP YEAR. So you get one date absolutely free! 😎🎩
