We need female Support Workers who are positive, patient and consistent. You need to be outgoing with a good sense of humour but also respectful when some "quiet time" is needed. It is important that you like horses, cats, bike riding, swimming and the outdoors and, can encourage staying safe and well; with feelings and relationships; managing the practicalities of daily living - cleaning the home, shopping, budgeting, cooking; helping to build a connection in the community; and to understand and help manage health conditions.
It is essential that you have a full clean automatic driving licence and can sing along to the music in the car!
