I AM AT HOME IN THE DARKNESS

I'm someone who feels deeply comfortable in the darkness, the unseen, the void. I have travelled through so many dark nights of the soul myself and alongside my brave-hearted clients. I believe in my bones that the deeper the descent, the higher we may ultimately soar. This is never so true as in menopause, when we are collectively called into an initiation into power, wisdom and freedom like never before.

You know if you also have the capacity to hold the deep dark unknown. You're highly sensitive and feel so deeply. You crave solitude and silence. You're often an outsider, never quite feeling as if you fit in. That's because you came here to stand out, not to fit in. To be seen and heard. If you want to meet your menopause and post menopause journey rather than medicate or sedate it then you may be called to join us.

There is no need to be alone on this journey. Those of us who hold this magic have been seperated from it and from each other for thousands of years. No longer does this need to be true. In two weeks we begin a journey into the deep together. A journey of Descent and Rising with the energy of nature, the dark feminine and the wheel of the year.

SHE WANTS TO BE SEEN AND HEARD!

🌸Meet Blossoming Woman🌸

Never heard of her before? Neither had I until she came to me on the eve of the Beltane new moon. I would say she whispered in my ear but she was louder and more persistent than that! She wants to be reclaimed and is now making it very clear that her message needs to be shared way beyond my monthly moon circles.

So I listened. I listened and created a ritual, a transmission of energy for any woman to take part in at any time. The tech side of it has driven me mad this week especially with "new moon brain" firmly in place...but now it's ready to share with you.

The blossoming woman who I met in this ritual and who I am firmly reclaiming as an aspect of myself is beautiful. She's infused with fertility and sensuality. A soft smile on her face, a swing in her hips. She wants to be part of our menopause and post menopause years. Let's welcome her with open arms!

CAN YOU STOP? BEFORE YOU GO ROUND THE BEND?

How are your boundaries when it comes to saying YES to yourself and NO to others? Can you create space in your life to really hear what it is that you want? What your soul is calling forth in you?

Cyclical wisdom helps us to recognise that women are cyclical beings in a world that is not yet designed for us. It helps us to be kinder to ourselves and to start to demand more space for our deeper needs to be met.

I'll be stopping and holding this space for anyone who wants to join me at each new moon. Claiming that space for myself and taking a step towards a world where our cycles are honoured and accommodated. I'll also be teaching a workshop with Virginia Compton Wellness on Cyclical Wisdom in Menopause.

Join me and Jane Kelly - Midwife of the Soul for a celebration of this coming of age and moving into our wisdom years. We will explore what we CAN do to embrace this time, including tuning into the cyclical wisdom of the moon, seasons and daily routines. Drawing upon my experience with Ayurveda and Janes experience of holding circle space for many years we offer you friendly support and clear easy to understand guidance in an online space.
These workshops will be seasonal throughout the year.
