I specialise in Deep Tissue, Pregnancy, and Post-Natal Massage (trained with Suzanne Yates, a renowned bodyworker and birth educator), offering an intuitive approach tailored to each individual. Since 2013, I’ve been an Neuro-Linguistic Programming therapist, and as a coach since 2019, I’ve helped people overcome fears, shift limiting beliefs, and create lasting change. Are you ready for the school holidays?

If you’ve found yourself these past few weeks losing your patience…

Snapping “WHAT?!” at your children when they’ve only just said “Mummmm…”

You just need a willingness to slow down, be present, and learn.

Sunday 27th July workshop is for anyone who wants to feel more confident when giving touch, whether that’s to your partner or a friend.

I’ve been hearing things like:

If that’s you, you’re exactly who this workshop is for.

You’ll be learning with someone you know (yes, this one is for pairs only), in a safe, relaxed space with guidance every step of the way.

You’ll leave with simple but powerful techniques that help with tension, headaches, nervous system regulation and connection, and the confidence to use them at home.

This is not about getting it perfect.

It’s about giving care in a way that’s easy, grounding, and feels really good, for both of you.

This is an invitation to join me on Tuesday 8th July from 6–7pm at The Angel Hall (Bowden House) Totnes, for a nourishing self-massage group practice.

This isn’t a performance.

You don’t need to know anything in advance.
There’s no “right” way to do it.

You’ll simply be guided..

back into your body,
back into your breath,
back into the softness of this moment.

It’s one of the ways I reconnect with myself and remind my nervous system: you are safe.

I recently shared a reel (in 3 parts) that really landed with people.

It came from a place of wanting to strip away shame...from your body, your experience, your humanness.

As a body and mind worker, here are 10 things I truly don’t care about when you come to see me:

1. Old pants and socks with holes.
You don’t need to wear your best or “save” good underwear for this. You’re not being judged. You’re being cared for.

2. If you haven’t shaved.
Truly, this doesn’t even cross my mind. Your body hair is natural. You are welcome exactly as you are.

3. Farts, tummy gurgles, snot or dribble.
These things happen. You are human. I’m more concerned about whether you feel safe and relaxed, not whether your body makes sounds or lets go. It’s all part of the process.

4. Snoring.
Please don’t apologise for falling asleep. It actually brings me joy. It means your body trusts me enough to fully let go. That is the work working.

5. If you said you’d book and didn’t.
No need to feel awkward or guilty. Life happens. I’m not holding it against you. When you're ready, I’ll be here.

6. The shape or size of your body.
I’m not looking at your “flabs” or bones and making judgments. I care about your body because it carries you. I’m here to support it, not critique it.

7. Skin conditions.
Whether it’s eczema, psoriasis, rosacea or anything else...You are welcome. If something needs to be avoided, we’ll do so. But there’s no judgment here.

8. Your weight.
Whether you feel too big, too small, or somewhere in-between, I’m not focusing on that. Your body is a living, breathing, beautiful vessel. My job is to support its healing, not measure it.

9. If your nails aren’t done.
This is not a beauty appointment. It’s a healing space. No polish, no problem.

10. If you cry. Or cry a lot.
Tears are sacred. You never need to apologise for feeling. Sometimes, your body just needs a safe space to release what your mind has been holding for too long.
