This afternoon our forest bathing group crossed the threshold into the woods together & came out with many beautiful gifts & insights ✨💚🪶

Tomorrow I’ll be crossing a threshold on my own when I move to Devon to begin a new chapter in my life 🦊

I’m taking Walking Roots with me and hope to find more wonderful people to come on walks and forest bathing journeys with me 🌳

I’m grateful for all of you who I’ve got to know over the last year, who’ve supported me and kept coming back 🙏🏼

I loved this afternoons sunset forest bathing session 🌅 as we navigated the mud, met the old Oaks🪾and spent time under the waxing moon as the sky turned pink 🌓

So I’m grateful to the 11 women who came & stayed through the cold 🩷 and to the beautiful nature reserve and woods where I’ve been holding sessions🐞

What a special way to bring November to a close as we welcome December tomorrow ❄️🙏🏼

After the downpour, we had a beautiful morning with a lovely group of nature enthusiasts on our tree & fungi walk 🌳🍄

We got to know the ancient woodland with so much curiosity, awe, joy & laughter, and for some, meeting the Wild Service Tree for the first time. The fungi was endless, popping up all around, we could have been there all day!

Thank you for guiding with me & sharing your passion with us all ❤️
