The power of communication is something we all know.

Something as simple as a half hour conversation can make all the difference and by working together, we can combat loneliness by continuing the vital work of our incredible national befriending service.

With your help, we can change this and ensure every older person feels seen, heard and supported, thanks to our befriending volunteers.

If you can, please donate here: https://bit.ly/3TqLO54

We had our first One MHA Communities outing last week with the Princess River Cruise. Despite not being able to sail due to poor weather conditions, everyone had a lovely time. Lots of laughter and good conversation were had by all. A big thank you to everyone who joined us, and we look forward to our next outing together.
