Another great day at another great event! 🔥

Yesterday I worked at the Luton Open BJJ competition at in Luton for 🥋

I met so many people, and was able to assist new and existing clients with soft tissue issues they needed help with pre and post fights.

I feel so privileged to be able to work at these events. Starting martial arts when I was just 4, to 30 years later, now being able to help my fellow enthusiasts with any issues they have is like a dream come true!

Being able to support my fellow team mates at is the cherry on top. Well done to all of you! Some team 🤍

Now being 7 months pregnant, this will be my last event until after the baby, I cannot wait for the next one!

Super early morning work with today at 😅

Misha had a great weekend competing in gi & no gi BJJ at 🥋 and is fighting this weekend at in Wolverhampton 🥊

Misha’s natural ability as a fighter is undeniable, he’s so exciting to watch and he’s only 19! He’s hungry! 💪

We’ve been working on loosening Misha up before fight night, working on some tightness he has by using sports massage, STR and MET.

It’s so important for everyone to maintain their bodies if they’re into sports or not. I’m doing so, we can help prevent injury, speed up recovery, improve circulation, flexibility and mobility and much more 💆

I feel so lucky to work in an industry I’m so passionate about 🤍

*Update*

From 28th July, mobile treatments will be stopping. As I’m getting bigger in my pregnancy and the weather is getting warmer, it’s becoming increasingly difficult to move my equipment around
Treatments will continue but will be from one of two locations
Beecroft Way, Dunstable
Or Castle Hill Road, Totternhoe
This will depend on the day and time

Prices will decrease by £10 as you will be traveling to me

Mobile treatments will continue once back from having my baby

What a day yesterday at at the supporting competitors pre and post fights 🥋 with massage and soft tissue therapy 💆

Great venue, and a fantastic day for competitors.
Was able to watch and support most of the fights of my team mates at too 🙏 .mcken You all did so well 🤙 coached by .leaver

I’m so excited to have the opportunity to work at BJJ competition on 6th July at the High Wycombe Judo Centre

Josh has been training at for only 6 months and is doing amazing, but as in every sport has picked up some issues already.
This time we worked on improving his ROM in both shoulders. I provided massage as well as STR and MET in prone and supine positions and elevated the scapula to get right underneath. Using all these techniques together works really well. Immediate release of tension, improved flexibility and ROM and finished in time for the BJJ class 💪

I’m so excited to have the opportunity to work the Luton Open BJJ Championship event on 2nd August 2025 in Luton, where we will see Male and Female kids, adults and masters competing.

I’ll be setting up my couch and will provide soft tissue and sports massage treatments to any competitors, referees, coaches, spectators… anyone in need.

Martial arts is part of me, it’s in my blood - being able to work these types of events is a dream! Thank you to for the opportunity!

I’ve finally completed my level 5 soft tissue and sports massage therapy course through .uk and am officially QUALIFIED!

Jordan has been a regular client of mine for a while now and has treatment at least once a month, or more if we have an injury to work on.

Jordan is a professional Boxer, fighting out of and has been boxing for over 5 years, professionally for 1 year and has had 7 professional fights so far

It’s important to look after your body even when there’s no injuries present, to prevent injuries from occurring.

Jordan also does his on PT sessions nearly every aspect of his life is physical, so it’s so important to maintain his mobility and to work on any issues he may be facing so he can continue his career and his personal life also

It’s been great working with him and I look forward to continuing our work together 🥊
