Some recent client results to prove that eat less move more is a tad outdated.
Main objectives over a 2 month period were
- to increase calories by 100-300 a day (this a starting point as further increase is needed
- aim to consume 1g of protein per lb of target body weight
- consume around 60g of good fats
- make up the rest with carbs focusing on fibre
- prioritise strength training, max 3 times a week, pull back on cardio where necessary and allow rest days to recover and build muscle

All but 1 client the scale weight decreased. I’d like to highlight that where the scale weight increased this was due to muscle gain, the client lost 1kg of body fat but gained 1.3kg of muscle. Hence why I also like to bang on about why scale weight isn’t the be all and end all!

5 month progress of my body decomposition to build more muscle and shave off a little body fat if possible. Sharing to highlight the importance of now getting fixated solely on scale weight! I've followed a 3 day a week lifting programme from , upped my step count, eaten my goal weight in protein, at least 60g grams of good fats and concentrated on whole foods including fibre.I'm more balanced with my hormones and have so much more energy, which is great considering I'm working even more. All in all I'm very happy with my progress and ill@be continuing with it so watch this spaceβ€’
