Can be a tricky old game and hard to price at times….
You never know what type of surface you are getting and that’s the reason we always advise an overboard.
-Cracks – Thin hairline cracks or wider gaps across walls and ceilings
-Blistering – Raised bubbles or bulges caused by trapped air or water beneath the plaster layer.
-Efflorescence – White, powdery salt deposits on the surface, often appearing after rain or moisture exposure
- Distemper - The paint is a traditional, water-based, and breathable interior paint made from natural ingredients like chalk or lime, water, and a binder such as animal glue or casein
A couple of the boarding lads got straight to the job and overboarded for the plasterer to continue and keep the bathroom timetable on track with no delays.
Problems are solved a lot quicker nowadays as the experience and dedication to never let customers down thrives..
