I know I've got some wonderful women on here that could inspire so many others!

We have been contacted by the health and wellbeing team at Eastleigh borough Council. They are hoping to launch the 'This Girl Can' campaign within the Eastleigh borough by finding a variety of stories and potentially some This Girl Can Eastleigh Champions.

They are looking for people who would be willing to share their story? A passionate person that wants to help women wondering how to start being active? Or enthusiastic about wanting to share why they love being active?

If you're that person, please get in touch - you could inspire others!

Tomorrow is the big day and I've been getting my kit ready. Hope all the runners are feeling excited!!

The big day is almost here for the postponed Hendy Eastleigh 10k 2020 it been along wait but hopefully it will be an enjoyable race for everyone - and a poignant one for some runners I'm sure after such a difficult year.

A 2020 tshirt and medal will be a collectors item given how few races took place last year but you will certainly be seen in our fluro-orange colour this year - yes it really is that bright -in fact I think the photo has toned it down a bit !!!!

I hope you have a great run and at Eastleigh there is always a chance of a PB.

This Sunday I'll be joining goPhysio at my first event of the year! I can't wait to get back with the athletes providing both pre and post race treatment.

As the Eastleigh 10k fast approaches, now is the time to get the final week of training right to ensure our legs feel ready to run when the gun goes!
