Behind every missed slot is a person who needed help but couldn’t be treated.
One missed appointment = 1 hour of lost income I can’t get back. It affects my rent, my bills, and my ability to help others!
I would like to kindly ask for your understanding when it comes to booking and cancelling appointments.
Last-minute cancellations – especially just a few hours before your scheduled time – are very difficult for small businesses like mine. When this happens, I not only lose income for that slot, but also miss the opportunity to help other clients who may urgently need treatment, such as those suffering from a painful ingrown toenail. I often have a fully booked day, and by the time a cancellation comes in, it’s too late to offer that space to someone else.
Of course, I completely understand that unexpected things happen – life is unpredictable and emergencies do occur. However, frequent no-shows or late cancellations can seriously affect small businesses.
I do my best to provide the highest standard of care: all tools are fully sterilised, the environment is clean and safe, and I use high-quality products. You are always welcomed with a smile and a drink.
But please remember that behind this service is one person, running a small independent business, trying to cover rent, bills, and supplies.
If the situation continues, it may become unsustainable to keep going.
