We look at posture as it is very important for healthy muscles and joints. We will asses you from the head down to your feet to make sure all will aid to your recovery and maintaining it. Our treatments vary according to what your body responds best to but

include manipulation, dry needling ( a form of acupuncture), massage, exercises, Bowen, physiokey, laser and orthotics.
