At Livity Life, we’re proud to be strong community players with deep roots in the areas we serve.

Most recently, we’ve had the honour of sponsoring the incredible Under 12s girls football team, who are joining Benfleet FC as the most senior girls’ team. The girls have had a fantastic season, finishing as Essex County Girls League Southern Division Winners, showing what dedication, teamwork and talent can achieve!

Dan Wright, Chairman of Benfleet Football Club said “A year ago we had no girls’ teams at the football club and we’d just started our first Wildcats section. A year on and we have teams from age eight to fourteen at ever year group, and a growing Wildcats section feeding future teams. It’s incredibly generous of companies like Livity Life to invest in these programmes, without these donations community clubs like ours couldn’t offer the kind of facilities for girls, and indeed boys, like we’re able to.”

Through our sponsorship we’re delighted to support grassroots sport and contribute to the development of talent that helps young athletes to reach their full potential.

Simon Levi, Manager of Benfleet Lionesses Under 12’s said “Livity Life’s support for our team for next season is hugely generous and provides our team with a great setup to allow the girls to look extremely smart whether home, away or in training, and also have all the equipment needed to allow them to learn and develop both as footballers and as a team!”

Welcome to our new Community Health & Engagement Officer!

We’re delighted to welcome Dan Hall to our team in Essex. With over 10 years’ experience in Community Engagement, Dan brings a deep passion for community healthcare – committed to strengthening local engagement, building strong local partnerships and sharing knowledge to support better outcomes for Essex residents.

Dan’s already hit the ground running, attending a number of community groups and events and hosted sessions in our new TEC Demo Room where anyone can come and try our equipment.

"I’m extremely happy to be working at Livity Life. Supporting individuals is something I’ve always been passionate about, and it’s great to be able to continue this through the TEC sector. I’m looking forward to building relationships and continuing to connect with partners and communities across the county”.

We’re excited to share we’ve recently completed our third annual TEC roadshow in Essex! These tailored training sessions are designed to empower prescribers with the skills and knowledge to feel confident prescribing care technology, supporting our community and the wider health system.

Attended by over 200 prescribers, we showcased the latest innovative TEC equipment, providing an incredible opportunity for them to:
• Gain hands-on experience with equipment.
• Ask questions and deepen their understanding.
• Discuss real-world applications and share success stories.

Natasha Corness of Essex County Council said “These events were hugely successful with people citing how insightful and useful they were. It’s great to still have this level of engagement 3 years on and we’re looking forward to our 4th show in 2025.”

We were delighted to welcome Bellman & Symfon United Kingdom to deliver training to our team in Liverpool. Having successfully completed the training, our team are equipped to offer enhanced support to those who are hard of hearing, making our service more inclusive and accessible to everyone.

Our Customer Support Specialist Richard had the pleasure of visiting Livity Life Ltd Liverpool, a leader in TEC (Technology Enabled Care), to deliver advanced training on our award-winning Visit system to their team.

We’re thrilled to announce that they’ve earned their completion certificates!

Together, as market leaders, we’re committed to providing independence for deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals in their own homes. 👂🏠

The Livity Life team in Liverpool were delighted to welcome Lyla from Cavendish High Academy who delivered British Sign Language training to our team.

Terry Sloan, Service Centre Manager said “We are always looking to maximise inclusion and are excited to participate in local initiatives that will add value in our community. It’s been a real privilege to take part and see our staff learning new skills that will improve the customer experience for individuals with sensory impairments.”

The Livity Life team were proud to join the first Essex TEC conference at the Chelmsford Racecourse on 'independence day', the 4th July.
