Congratulations, Sam Marsland!

Earlier this spring, Sam from our Tameside team conquered the 23-mile Surrey Three Peaks Challenge in 6 hours 57 minutes - well ahead of the usual 10½-hour time - and has already raised £760 for Rock2Recovery, the veteran-founded charity offering free specialist coaching to those living with mental-health stress.

Now Sam is lacing up again for the 24-mile Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge on 1 August, with a personal goal of finishing in under ten hours. Let’s rally behind him:
