What to do when you wake up tired 🥱
1. Check what you've eaten 2 days ago - is it supporting your energy levels or making you sleep poorly 48 hours later as it digests?
2. Get into bed earlier. Switch off the screens and hit the hay relaxed.
3. Make sure your nervous system is helping you relax. Get into your local chiropractor who focuses on helping your body reset and relax so that you can wind down and rest when you sleep.
