As many of you know, I’m currently on a journey of my own with cancer at the moment. To try and focus on the other side of it, I want to give back to the amazing team supporting me through doing the MacMillan Mighty Hike in the Yorkshire Dales next June. I’ll be hiking in the Yorkshire Pudding Squad team with family and friends. The Arthritis UK helpline is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm to help you understand and manage a condition, get a diagnosis, understand medication and treatment options, manage pain, discuss work issues, benefits, surgery, and self help.

It’s the season of coughs and sneezes! If you are unwell and unable to attend your appointment, please let me know as I have a waiting list for cancellations. I also have vulnerable clients on my list, so if you think you may have COVID or anything contagious, it may be better to cancel and rebook. Thank you 😊

I’ve had the most fantastic evening doing the donor run (well…. walk in my case!) at the British Transplant Games in Oxford this evening. I’d never heard of it before, and was so pleased a client let me know. Next years games are in Sheffield; they will be looking for volunteers and therapists, and anyone can take part in the donor run to support them too. Look it up!
