Today is about recognising important stuff to me. It’s been a tough week. It’s ended well with me reconnecting with my old friend the rowing machine. Just 10 minutes, at half the resistance I used to manage - but that’s where I am now. Small, achievable goals that boost my health and my spirit. Gradually I’ll come back stronger. Rome wasn’t built in a day, and neither is fitness. One stroke at a time - and be proud of every achievement along the way.
