Today, our Health and Wellbeing team, alongside our partners at NHS Lothian and Ageing Well, shared an update on our health and wellbeing programme.

Whilst our programmes are completely separate, we work with these partners to identify individuals who would benefit from our 12-week physical activity programme, which supports those living with long-term conditions.

Thanks to these partnerships, we've been able to support over 1,000 individuals living with a range of conditions including musculoskeletal issues, addiction, mental illness, Parkinson's and cancer.

We know that physical activity means something different to everyone, so we’d love to hear from you: What does physical activity mean to you?
