I hope some of that stillness travels with you, long after the evening has passed.

Welcome to Embrace.This isn’t just a timetable.

It’s a way of training, not just the body but the mind & soul.
It's a way of being.

Different classes exist because bodies need different things;

sometimes strength,
sometimes intensity,
sometimes stillness,
consistency always.

Under the Embrace being human philosophy, each class serves a purpose:

• Embrace It — skill, strength & foundations
• Embrace Your Limits — high-intensity conditioning
• Embrace Alignment — yoga, mobility & breath
• Embrace The Grind — long-term strength & commitment

Same values.

Different expressions.

Over the next few days, I’ll break each class down so you can find what fits you, not what you think you should be doing.

Because real progress comes from learning how to listen, not just how to push.

STRONG. OPEN. FREE.

These words are more than a mantra — they’re my journey.

STRONG in my body… built through training, discipline, and the challenges I’ve faced.
Being STRONG, OPEN & FREE in my body gives me the ability and confidence to step forward, to keep becoming more.

OPEN in my heart… the hardest lesson, asking me to drop my armour and let myself feel.
Being STRONG, OPEN & FREE in my heart has taught me that vulnerability is not weakness — it’s strength.

FREE in my mind… allowing myself to surrender and let go.
Doubt has killed more dreams than failure ever will.
Being STRONG, OPEN & FREE in my mind has allowed me to walk this path and led me here, to this moment.

It hasn’t been easy. It’s taken missteps, resistance, failed attempts, and a lot of unlearning.
But these three words have carried me through.

This image feels like a reflection of that journey.
A reminder of where I’ve been and where I’m going.

And now — I share it with you.
