Let’s talk cancellations… respectfully, lovingly… but with a little boundary ✨
When you book with me, that time is yours. It’s reserved exclusively for you — your treatment, your products, your results. And trust me… I completely get that life happens. We’re all juggling a lot, myself included 🤍
But last-minute cancellations and no-shows? They don’t just “move” an appointment… they leave gaps that can’t be filled, products that have already been purchased and prepared, and time that’s simply lost and unpaid for.
That’s why this policy is now in place — not to be difficult, but to protect my time, my business, and fairness to every single client who values these appointments. I am still building my business and setting these boundaries is crucial for the continuity of my work in aesthetics. So now:-
✨ 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
✨ With enough notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment.
✨ Less than 24 hours notice = loss of deposit.
✨ No-shows = deposit lost & future bookings may be declined.
It’s giving… respect my time like I respect yours 💅
