Following the announcement by the Prime Minister, we can only see patients who have a genuine emergency eye problem. Anything else unfortunately will have to wait until the lock down regulations are eased.

Emergency means one of the following
A red or painful eye
Sudden loss in vision
New flashes or floaters in your vision
Lost or broken glasses when you can not function without them

As safety of our staff in paramount we will be working on reduced hours.
Until further notice we only open 9am till 12pm.

Please call the practice on 01495 722756 if you need anything, do not just show up at the shop. Most concerns can be dealt with over the phone or via video consultation where you will not have to visit the practice.
We need to triage all patients and have them ensure that only one patient is in the practice at one time.

Following Welsh Government guidelines, we can only provide essential NHS eye care at this time.
Please ring us to discuss your eye care problems on 01495 223394.
Anyone with a persistent cough or fever/high temperature requiring urgent eye care must contact NHS 111 to arrange an appointment in an environment equipped to manage infection control.
We are happy to arrange delivery of any spectacles/contact lenses/low vision aids. Please ring us to arrange this. We hope to support reducing demand on other overstretched NHS services by looking after you and your eye care needs in our practice.
